Amaya currently holds a full eGambling licence in the Alderney jurisdiction, and both a remote operating and an operating licence with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). In addition, Amaya has acquired a Class IV licence in Malta, having undergone substantial due diligence by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority. We are also members of RGA, the Remote Gaming Association, and IGC, the Interactive Gaming Council, and we subscribe to their codes of conduct and social responsibility.
