Extensive Casino Branding and Customization

If you already have a land-based casino or an online offering, you want your Chartwell-designed site to reflect your company's existing brand. All components of our clients' gaming sites are custom built and branded, including table felts, card backs, tables, dealer callouts, audio presentations and general design schemes. We also incorporate our clients' images, themes, colours, and logos on all the web pages of the site such as the casino lobby, player registration and login pages, Contact Us page, FAQ page and Game Selection page. We can also create unique, client-specific games.

Powerful Implementation Options

The Chartwell Gaming System gives clients two main options in operating their gaming site. First, clients may choose a complete standalone system, installed on their choice of a wide range of industry standard platforms and environments. Second, clients with an existing online business or sports betting site can add the Chartwell Gaming System as a fully integrated component, allowing their players to use their existing login ID and passwords, and the site's established banking facilities.

Clients with a standalone site can now add a sportsbook as another component of the Chartwell Gaming System. The site operator has all the advantages of the Chartwell backend while offering the managed sportsbook as an added product for existing users.

Platforms

The Java development environment provides a scalable, multi-platform, high performance server architecture that is easily ported to all popular NT, Unix and Linux operating systems. Our server software suite, encompassing the casino game server, web server and database server, is modular in design and is readily scaled as transaction volume increases. Chartwell currently supports Microsoft's SQL Server 2000.

Total Operator Control

Operators manage and administer their gaming site using Chartwell's CyberBoss and CyberBanx utilities. CyberBoss provides operators with complete management control over all aspects of their gaming site operations. Chartwell's e-commerce engine, CyberBanx, gives operators a large selection of automated payment processing options, and allows players a choice of withdrawal payment methods.

Managed Services

Alternatively, operators with less gaming experience may prefer Chartwell's managed services solution. ECM is an independent company acting as Chartwell's exclusive affiliate agent in the provision of managed services. They may hold the gaming license on behalf of our client, host the games on their servers, provide player access, manage the operations of the gaming site on a day-to-day basis and/or supply the hardware and any third party software required. The client is responsible for marketing and player acquisition, and may take on some responsibilities themselves and use ECM for others.

Like all Chartwell clients, managed services clients maintain ownership of their player database, and have access to real-time reports on the activities of their casino. If they wish to leave the managed solution at some point in favour of running operations themselves, Chartwell will provide them with support and guidance in the all areas, including licensing and hardware and software setup.
